SA Branch ACFS and Shandong Province People’s Friendship Association

May 8 1994.  Signing a Letter of Agreement between SA Branch ACFS and Shandong Province People’s Friendship Association. The letter pledged both sides to cooperate in promoting cultural, educational and economic ties between SA and Shandong.
